As one of the critical points for the company they wanted to diversivy their product portfolio as well as product experience. As part of that strategy I revamped the documentation this included technical sheets and instructions for products. I also elevated branding precense by videos templates, website pages and newsletters.
Result
25% increase in revenue over 3 quarters and e-commerce orders rose from 2% to 10%. Better social posts and email templates increased conversion by 35%.
